What’s new at RNBlocks.

New features and improvements for building, connecting and publishing your mobile app.

Upcoming release

A new RNBlocks is on the way. Here’s what’s coming.

Start with your images. Keep building from there.

Bring a sketch, screenshot or design into Studio, then keep the reference alongside your conversation as your app develops.

Images and screenshots

  • New Studio image attachments stay in your saved conversation after generation, follow-up edits and refresh.
  • Open an attached image in a larger viewer in Studio or Publishing, with a maximize control and a visible remove button before sending.
  • Empty screenshot sets now open on the design canvas. Your first upload saves the selected dimensions so you can start designing immediately.

A clearer workspace

  • App structure groups screens, shared state and foundation files in the same layout as backend plans.
  • The landing page demonstrates building from a reference, connecting services and preparing a release.
  • Mobile file activity keeps the action, filename and line count on one row.
  • Credit history labels its timestamps in UTC so transactions have an explicit timezone.
  • Signup and credit surveys now require a deliberate answer to the core questions; contact details remain optional.

More control over your app and its connections.

Rename your work, create artwork when you need it, and manage how connected services are used.

App identity and artwork

  • Rename an app or remix from its menu. The saved name carries into future agent conversations.
  • Ask Studio to generate an app logo or artwork. Review the candidate before choosing to apply it.
  • Saved app images can be included in source downloads and builds.

Connected apps

  • Connect a Supabase project and review proposed database, storage and policy changes before they run.
  • Build apps with sign-in, file storage and live data updates using your connected Supabase project.
  • Set an app-wide connector request allowance. This limits request frequency; it is separate from a provider spending budget.
  • Turn off sharing to stop shared previews from using your connected services, while keeping installed apps connected.
  • Tell your downloads apart with a precise time and a short reference in the access list.

Better continuity, clearer credits.

Studio and Publishing share more consistent billing and recovery, with improvements to how the agent works through longer edits.

Credits and payments

  • Studio and Publishing use the same balance and transaction history, with usage linked to the conversation.
  • Manage your plan, buy credits and configure auto-reload from a shared billing popup designed for desktop and mobile.
  • Payment recovery checks the existing payment before adding credits, helping prevent duplicate charges or credit grants.
  • If work is interrupted, you pay for confirmed usage and unused credits return to your balance.
  • Low-credit and auto-reload notices use consistent wording and a direct route to Manage credits.

Editing and longer work

  • The agent makes better use of earlier messages and decisions as you continue working on your app.
  • Fewer failed edits caused by accents, punctuation and other special characters in your app’s text.
  • Longer tasks save progress along the way so the agent can continue working without starting over.
  • Clearer recovery when a request cannot start, and more reliable stopping after a connection is interrupted.

From a saved app to store preparation.

A dedicated Publishing conversation brings account setup, assets, builds and supported store actions into one workspace.

Prepare and test

  • Link Expo, Apple and Google Play accounts, with separate setup for each app.
  • Prepare Android APKs for device testing and store builds for Google Play and TestFlight.
  • Design separate iPhone, iPad and Android screenshot sets, plus a Google Play feature graphic.
  • Review proposed store text, age-rating answers and privacy information with help from the agent.

Submit and follow progress

  • Review supported upload, test distribution and submission actions before the agent carries them out.
  • See Apple and Google status separately, with a manual refresh and a last-checked time for each result.
  • Builds and uploads have clearer platform labels, timestamps and collapsible details.
  • Google Play setup guides include illustrated steps for service accounts, permissions and country availability.
  • Use images and voice transcription in the Publishing conversation as well as Studio.
Coming soon

A refreshed RNBlocks, with guides for the whole journey.

A lighter interface and more practical documentation help you move from an idea to an app you can use.

Design and guidance

  • Daylight is the default appearance, with refreshed mobile layouts and preview controls.
  • Expanded guides cover Studio, native previews, connectors, billing, developer accounts, store assets and publishing.
  • Searchable documentation and Markdown versions make the same guidance available to people and agents.

Before you publish

You’ll need your own developer accounts. The agent helps with preparation and supported store actions, while some account setup and store forms still need to be completed on Apple’s or Google’s website.

You review submissions before they’re sent. Apple and Google make the final decision on approval.
