# Find the next useful step

Start with the visible error and the last action that worked. Keep the same app and conversation open so you can inspect what is already saved.

## Choose the problem you can see

| Problem | First check |
| --- | --- |
| Blank or stopped preview | Select the intended platform and restart a stopped session. Read any runtime error. |
| Connected feature fails | Check the provider’s permissions, API access and balance. Saving a connection is not a successful feature test. |
| Work appears interrupted | Reopen the saved conversation and read the latest result before sending the request again. |
| Credits remain pending | Check Credits for unresolved usage. A hold is different from a final charge. |
| Publishing cannot continue | Read which account, agreement, project, build or review item is missing. |
| A private browser closed | Return to the conversation and ask the agent to check the provider state before repeating a completed step. |

- What you were trying to do and the exact visible error.
- The screen and button you used, plus the last step that worked.
- iOS, Android or Web; browser/device if relevant.
- Whether the problem happens again with the same steps.
- A screenshot with private details hidden. Never send passwords, API keys or payment-card data.
