Credits fund AI work on your app. The amount varies with the request, model, context and tools involved; a short edit and a complex multi-step task can use different amounts.

## Available, pending and used

Section: https://www.rnblocks.dev/docs/credits-and-usage#balance

| State | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Available | Credits you can use for new work. |
| Pending | Credits temporarily set aside for an in-progress request or usage awaiting reconciliation. |
| Used | Credits charged for recorded work after its usage is checked. |

> **An illustrative example**
> You start with 100 credits. A request sets aside 10. The work uses 3, so the unused 7 return and your final balance is 97. These numbers explain the process; they are not a fixed price for a task.

## Why similar requests can cost differently

Section: https://www.rnblocks.dev/docs/credits-and-usage#amount

Longer conversations, larger inputs, more generated output, tool use and the model used can change usage. Reusing context may benefit from provider caching, but a repeated prompt is not necessarily free.

Open **Profile → Transaction history** in the Credits section to inspect your balance and usage. If a pending item remains unresolved, contact support with the app, approximate time and visible entry.

## When you stop or something fails

Section: https://www.rnblocks.dev/docs/credits-and-usage#stop

Stopping prevents further work where the current operation can be interrupted. It does not undo work already performed. A failed result can still involve billable provider usage; unused reserved credits return when usage is settled.

If a provider response is interrupted, the final usage may not be known immediately. Check the pending state before retrying the same task. A temporary hold is not, by itself, a final charge.

## When your balance is low

Section: https://www.rnblocks.dev/docs/credits-and-usage#low

If there are not enough available credits for the next request, add credits or wait for your plan’s renewal, then return to the saved conversation. Check its latest state before asking it to continue. Optional auto-reload is configured separately and can be unavailable even when an earlier preference is saved.

## Who bills you?

Section: https://www.rnblocks.dev/docs/credits-and-usage#bills

Connecting an account and making a purchase are different actions. Read provider prices and limits before enabling paid work.

| Service | Where to check |
